An “Easter Egg” of an Entirely Different Sort.

Kids in the Washington, DC area have the opportunity to delight in two unique, post-Easter traditions: Easter Monday at the National Zoo and the White House Easter Egg Roll.

But I have an entirely different sort of “Easter Egg” for you today.

Last year, Mac users discovered Steve Jobs’ 2005 Commencement Address at Stanford University tucked away in the Pages application. Frankly, this made me smile–of all the surprises a tech company could imagine to embed in its systems, they chose a speech.

It was a wonderful and inspirational commencement address because of the personal stories he chose to share. And he used simple, direct language to powerful effect.

Read (or watch–speech begins at the 7:35 mark) and be inspired. Hop to it!
